The McAllen Police Department busted two credit card fraud rings reportedly based out of Mexico.
Officers arrested six people on Jan. 26.
On April 7, Saul Israel Garza and Patricia Garcia were charged with possession of cloned credit cards and fake identification after a store clerk contacted authorities.
