The following people were sentenced on April 17 -19, 2017, by Judge William C. Marietti of Muskegon County’s 14th Circuit Court:
Rita Sue Grewal, 30, of Muskegon, to five months in jail, swift and sure sanctions program, for illegal use of a financial transaction device, $6,666 restitution, $1,098 court costs/fees.
Rita Sue Grewal, 30, of Muskegon, to five months in jail for retaining a financial transaction device without consent, $198 court costs/fees.
Dale Frederick Rossman Jr., 37, of Muskegon, to 15-35 years in prison and lifetime electronic monitoring for criminal sexual conduct in the first and second degrees, $716 court costs/fees.
