FRANKLIN, Ky. (WBKO) — Franklin Police say on Wednesday, April 12, a woman told them she stepped away from her office on North College Street when she heard a door open.
Investigating the noise, the woman saw a black male walking out of the building quickly. When the victim went into her office she discovered her wallet had been taken.
