Pennsylvania is one of 47 states and D.C. to get a piece of Target’s settlement in the case of a major data breach in 2013.
Target has agreed to pay out $18.5 million in the case, in addition to a $10 million fund to pay restitution to about 225,000 consumers as part of a class-action suit.
