GLENS FALLS — A Hudson Falls man who was jailed for allegedly raping a woman earlier this month has also been charged with numerous felonies in connection with the use of a stolen credit card, police said.
Dylan E. Kelly, 21, was charged with using a credit card that was stolen from a patron at a Glens Falls bar, according to Glens Falls Police.
