Hackers that infiltrated the premium cable network HBO not only stole new episodes of the highly popular “Game of Thrones” series, but also reportedly purloined “Curb Your Enthusiasm” content, according to a Bloomberg report published Wednesday.
The company, owned by Time Warner, is conducting a deep analysis into how the cyber theft occurred, and what exactly was taken or surveilled. Internal communications is a high concern and priority.
“Many people have expressed particular concern about our email system,” HBO CEO Richard Pepler wrote in a memo sent to employees Wednesday, Bloomberg reports. “At this time, we do not believe that our email system as a whole has been compromised, but the forensic review is ongoing.” (RELATED: Hacked Emails Tie…
